Home is where the heart is + the heart can only go where the mind takes it.
MEDITATE + CHILL with Monica Sevigny + Jenny Yarborough on the third Thursday of each month at one of their favorite hangouts–Tama Tea. We'll guide you through a 20-30 minute meditation to help you take a deep breath. Relax. And chill with our community while raising funds for Good Shepherd Center, a local nonprofit who helps feed the hungry, shelter the homeless + foster transition to housing. After our meditation, we'll sip on our favorite teas together + chill. Space is limited so please register online in advance to reserve your spot of tea!
CLASS DONATION INCLUDES:
- 20-30 minute guided meditation
- 1 cup of Tama Tea (your choice of what's on tap that night)
- Donation to Good Shepherd Center
- Chill time after meditiation with your OMies
All levels welcome. If you've never meditated before, this is a great place to start. It's easy. Just close your eyes. We'll guide you through the rest.
Bring your own blanket, towel, bolster or cushion to sit on (if needed). We'll be outdoors if weather permits.
